“ Pizza and subs are always great, consistently good. Feels like a true NY pizzeria. Love that i can get pizza by the slice. Staff and cooks are always good to me and my staff when we come in. Love their deliver guy Mr K. so personable. My only wish was that its was a bit more tidy inside...but i guess they would take away from it feeling like a true NY style joint. ”
“ I stopped into Johnnys to try a slice of pizza. The pizza slice I came in for was not available so I went with the baked Ziti pizza slice. The slices are huge. I heard another customer mention that the prices of their slices have gone up. The baked ziti pizzas was loaded with penne pasta. There was a dollop of ricotta cheese. The pizza crust was not crispy but the flavor was on point. I also got a grilled chicken Cesar wrap. The wrap was on the smaller side but was packed full of chicken thar was seasoned ”
“ the food is great and Johnny is a real customer oriented guy! steak and cheese sub is HUGE and delicious. i couldnt eat the whole thing. my favorite is the Sicilian pizza :) Give this place a visit - its worth the trip! ”
“ Consistently good pizza with a variety of options. Also boasts tasty other offerings like calzones, pastas, and sandwiches, all of which are decent to delicious. I also like that you can order by the slice -- I'm partial to the white pizza and chicken alla vodka flavors personally. Service wise, it can be a toss-up depending on the day and how busy it is. The storefront itself is pretty cramped, so not the most enjoyable dine-in experience, but pick-up is usually pretty efficient. I've never had glowingly personable interactions with the staff, but I've never had a bad experience either, so for darn good pizza I'll take that trade off. ”
“ We had a good experience in here today. I wasn't super excited but the service was friendly and they were fast for being pretty busy at lunch. They have a small dining area with maybe 10 tables and then a counter with beer and pies ready to go. You tell them what you want and they warm it up. They also have calzones and subs you can order as well as a fountain machine. Paid $30 today for 3 slices of pizza, garlic knots, a steak and cheese with fries and 2 drinks! I think that's a pretty damn good price. The pie was good and crispy but the flavor was lacking a bit. The garlic knots were superb. The cheese steak was fresh. The fries weren't special but overall a nice little spot to have lunch. Would return! ”
“ Very good pizza take out option in the area. Thin crust, strong undercarriage. Tomato sauce and cheese tasted great and good ratio. Garlic knots were soft and had tons of garlic and salt flavors. 20 minutes for take out and was ready when we got there. ”
“ Johnny's is the amazing clone of Valentino's (off of 236 at the Landmark Plaza). Started by Johnny, a family member of Valentino's original owner, his restaurant is located in the Manchester Lakes center (Manchester Blvd & Beulah St.) They have all the great food that Valentino's menu featured plus some dishes unique to Johnny's. Plus, it is made by the man who made the place great. A nice place to sit and eat-in, really quick take out, call ahead ordering, local delivery and wonderful, friendly service. Several styles of pizza ready to serve by-the-slice. Something there for everyone to enjoy. Super pasta dishes with amazing sauce and a great selection of subs, too. Since Valentino's changed ownership, it has lost its quality and gracious customer service (and only serves Pepsi). If you want the best of what you enjoyed - Johnny's is the place to get it. ”
